Haydock Park Golf Club, established in 1877, is a mature parkland course located near the Haydock Park Racecourse in England. Originally a 9-hole course, it was redesigned by James Braid and expanded to 18 holes, opening in its current location in 1922. The course is known for its tree-lined fairways and well-bunkered greens, offering a challenge to golfers of all abilities. While not a frequent Open qualifying venue, an amateur representing Haydock Park Golf Club did participate in a Local Final Qualifying competition for The Open at St Annes Old Links in 2012.
