Epping Golf Club

Epping Golf Course, situated on the edge of Epping Forest in Essex, offers a parkland golfing experience with a sense of history. The current club, established in 1996, serves as a revival of earlier iterations, with a club in the 1930s having Winston Churchill as its president and the land even being used for food production during WWII. The course itself is an 18-hole, par 68 layout, measuring around 5,434 yards from the white tees. While not overly long, it presents an engaging round with natural undulations, mature trees, and water features. The course was designed and built by golfers and features a variety of tee positions. It provides a pleasant setting for a round, with views over the Essex countryside.
