Chart Hills Golf Club, located in the picturesque Kent countryside of England, is a notable inland parkland course. Designed by Sir Nick Faldo with support from Steve Smyers, it opened for play in 1993. Known for its distinctive and often dramatic bunkering, including the lengthy 'Anaconda' bunker on the 5th hole, and strategically placed water hazards, the course presents a considerable challenge. The layout features undulating fairways and large, fast greens. Chart Hills has a history of hosting significant events, including the European Tour Qualifying School, Ladies European Tour events such as the Ladies English Open and the Ford Golf Classic, and the Kronenbourg 1664 Chart Hills Classic. While not consistently ranked in the top 100 courses in the UK, it has previously been featured in lists and is considered a well-regarded course in the region.
