Broke Hill Golf Club
Parkland Course in Halstead, England
Once a notable parkland course set in the rolling Kent countryside, Broke Hill Golf Club, designed by D Williams and opened in 1993, offered a challenging round with strategically placed hazards, including water on several holes. While perhaps not a championship venue or historically significant in the wider context of English golf, it provided an enjoyable test for club players, with a particularly well-regarded back nine. Sadly, the club has ceased operations. There is no indication that Broke Hill was ever used as an Open Qualifying location.
