Bowring Park Golf Club

Nestled in Merseyside, Bowring Park Golf Course holds the distinction of being England's oldest municipal golf course, with its origins dating back to 1913 when the initial nine holes were laid out within the historic Bowring Park, gifted to the people of Liverpool in 1907. Extended to eighteen holes, the course is a parkland layout that presents a pleasant round with mature trees and undulating fairways. While it offers a test of golf for various abilities and is easily accessible, the course has not served as a venue for Open Championship Qualifying.
