The Paisley Golf Club

Paisley Golf Club, located in the Gleniffer Braes Country Park in Paisley, Scotland, is an 18-hole moorland and parkland course with panoramic views over Paisley, Glasgow, the Clyde Valley, and Ben Lomond. Established in 1895 and extended to its current 18-hole layout designed by Philip MacKenzie Ross in 1953, the course is known for its challenging and varied play, featuring long par-5s, reachable par-4s, and tricky par-3s, including the signature 15th hole, "Silver Tassie". Despite its elevation, the course is not entirely flat and offers idyllic surroundings with mature trees, burns, and heather. It is considered a premier golfing destination in Renfrewshire and the West of Scotland, suitable for members and visiting parties. The club has a clubhouse with bar and restaurant facilities and a Pro Shop offering tuition and custom fitting.
