Craignure Golf Club is a scenic 9-hole links course located on the shore of Scallastle Bay near the village of Craignure on the Isle of Mull in Scotland. Originally established in 1895 and revived in 1980, the course underwent a new 9-hole layout change in 2012. The layout features a mix of par 3s and par 4s, with a total par of 33 for the 9 holes. The course incorporates natural hazards like the Scallastle River, which crosses holes seven and nine, and penal rough, presenting challenging risk-and-reward opportunities. Known for its stunning views over the Sound of Mull, the course offers a picturesque and tranquil golfing environment where otters and sea eagles can sometimes be seen. Visitors are welcome and the course operates on an honesty box system for green fees, with payment also accepted at the local tourist office. Club hire is available. The club provides basic facilities including a clubhouse with refreshments and a bar, changing rooms, and a small practice area.
