North Berwick Golf Club, located in East Lothian, Scotland, is home to the historic West Links course. Established in 1832, it is one of the oldest golf clubs in the world, playing over land used for golf since before its formation. The West Links is a classic seaside links course offering stunning views of the Firth of Forth. It is known for its unique features like stone walls, burns, and blind shots, providing a challenging and imaginative test of golf. Notable holes include the 13th ("Pit"), the 14th ("Perfection"), and the world-famous 15th ("Redan"), which has been widely copied. The club offers various facilities including caddie hire, changing rooms, practice areas (putting, chipping, warm-up nets, driving range), golf club and trolley rental, golf lessons, a pro shop, restaurant, and bar. Visitors are welcome to play on most days with advance booking recommended.
