Dunbar Golf Club, located in East Lothian, Scotland, is a historic links course with a proud history dating back to 1856. Perfected over 150 years by architects Old Tom Morris, James Braid, and Ben Sayers, the 18-hole course is known for its stunning coastal scenery and challenging layout. The course hugs the coastline along a narrow strip of land between the rocky shore and an old deer park wall. It has hosted numerous national and international championships, including final qualifying for The Open. Facilities at Dunbar Golf Club include a pro shop with tuition, caddie hire, club, trolley, and buggy rental, changing and shower facilities, a bar/lounge, and a restaurant. There is also a putting green, practice area, chipping area, and potentially a driving range (though sources conflict). The club has plans for significant upgrades, including a new clubhouse, nine-hole course, academy, and driving range.
