City of Derry Golf Club (Prehen Course)

City of Derry Golf Club, established in 1912, is a 27-hole parkland golf complex located on the banks of the River Foyle near Derry~Londonderry, Northern Ireland. The complex includes the 18-hole Championship Prehen Course and the 9-hole Dunhugh Course, which also incorporates a 6-hole academy course. The Championship Prehen Course, a challenging test for golfers of all standards, features lush fairways meandering through mature woodland and offers views of the River Foyle and the hills of Donegal. The course has hosted notable golfers such as Walter Hagen and Fred Daly. Facilities at the club include a pro shop, changing rooms, practice area, putting green, chipping area, restaurant, and bar. Buggy and trolley hire are available. The club welcomes visitors and societies, with various green fee rates and society packages offered.
