Newlands Golf Club

Newlands Golf Club, founded in 1910, is an 18-hole parkland course located in Clondalkin, Dublin, Ireland. Originally known as the Robinhood Golf Club and situated near Inchicore, the club moved to its current Newlands Demesne location in 1925 and changed its name. The course was initially designed by James Braid and later upgraded under the guidance of Jeff Howes Golf Design. It features mature tree-lined fairways, USPGA standard sand-based greens, and challenging holes, including the drivable 11th and the demanding 17th. The club offers various membership options and welcomes visitors. Facilities include a pro shop, practice areas (putting green, chipping green, practice bunker, driving range), a restaurant, bar, changing rooms, and lockers. Non-golfing activities like bridge, snooker, and indoor bowling are also available. The clubhouse was rebuilt in 1981, replacing the original manor house.
