About Woodlands Golf and Country Club (The Signature)
Woodlands Golf and Country Club, situated in Almondsbury near Bristol, offers a parkland golfing experience with its Signature course. Designed by Chapman and opened in 2008, the course is known for incorporating water hazards on a number of holes, adding strategic challenge to the round. While not a widely recognised championship venue on the scale of Open Qualifying, it provides an enjoyable test of golf amidst mature woodland and gently undulating terrain on the edge of the Severn Valley. The course offers a par of 69 over its eighteen holes, playing to a moderate length from the various teeing grounds.
