The Springs Golf Club, situated near Wallingford, Oxfordshire, offers a pleasant parkland golf experience alongside the River Thames. Originally designed by former Ryder Cup Captain Brian Huggett and opened in 1998, the course was updated in 2018 by Tim Lobb, in consultation with Huggett, with a focus on the bunkering and lakes. Spread across 133 acres, the par 72 course provides a varied test of golf. The design incorporates three lakes and wetland areas, adding both challenge and aesthetic appeal. The course is known for its good condition throughout the year, making for an enjoyable round in the Oxfordshire countryside. The signature hole is the par 3 8th, while the par 4 18th presents an interesting finish with a split fairway around a copse.
