Sheerness Golf Club, established in 1909, is a private members' club located on the Isle of Sheppey in Kent, England. Originally designed by Willie Park Jr. as a 9-hole links course, it was later extended to 18 holes in 1977. The course is now considered a mature semi-links with a par of 71 or 72 depending on the tees played, and measures around 6,400-6,600 yards from the back tees. It presents a good test of golf with natural hazards including dykes and other water features, and the coastal winds can add a significant challenge. While not a frequent host of major professional events, the club has a history of hosting Kent Golf Union championships and inter-county matches.
