Leigh Golf Club, established in 1906, is an 18-hole parkland course situated in the rolling countryside of Greater Manchester, England. The club began as a 9-hole course using a local hotel as the clubhouse, expanding to 18 holes in 1924 with land provided by Sir Edward Johnson-Ferguson and the layout designed by Harold Hilton. The course, which plays to a par of 69 or 71 depending on the tee, is known for its challenging layout featuring tree-lined fairways and water hazards. While it hasn't recently hosted Open Championship Qualifying, it does hold various amateur open competitions throughout the year.
