Hendon Golf Club

Tucked away in North London, Hendon Golf Club offers a parkland golf experience with a history dating back to 1903. Originally laid out with input from Open champions John Henry Taylor and Harry Vardon, the course was significantly redesigned by the renowned architect Harry Colt in 1925, shaping the layout largely as it is played today. The course features rolling, tree-lined fairways and relatively small, well-guarded greens that demand precision. While not a venue for Open Championship Qualifying, it provides a challenging yet enjoyable test of golf within easy reach of central London. Visitors are welcomed, though weekend play before a certain time may be restricted.
