Enville Golf Club (Highgate)
Heathland and Woodland Course in Stourbridge, England
Founded in 1935, Enville Golf Club is set in the West Midlands, offering a blend of heathland and woodland golf. The Highgate course evolved over several decades, with contributions from various architects including Alf Padgham, Arthur Wrigglesworth, Horace Lewis, Frank Pennink, and Ron Hinton. The club's 36 holes were reorganised into the Highgate and Lodge courses in 1983. The Highgate presents a varied test with tree-lined fairways transitioning to more open heathland stretches. Notably, the Highgate course has a history of hosting Regional Open Qualifying, having done so from 2007 to 2011 and is scheduled to host again in 2025.
