Alf Padgham Designed Golf Courses

Alf Padgham is primarily known as a renowned English professional golfer, not a golf course architect. He famously won the Open Championship in 1936 at Royal Liverpool Golf Club, overcoming strong competition including Harry Vardon and J.H. Taylor. Padgham had a successful playing career through the 1930s and was a Ryder Cup player for Great Britain.
