Buckingham Golf Club, established in 1914, is a classic parkland course nestled in the rolling Buckinghamshire countryside in England. The club began as a 9-hole course and transitioned to a members' club in the early 1920s. The course was extended to 18 holes in the 1970s, with further land purchased and clubhouse extensions in the 1980s to include a bar, dining area, changing rooms, and professional's shop. In 2004, all 18 greens were replaced with new ones built to USGA specifications, and bunkers were rebuilt. The course features undulating fairways and greens, with the Rivers Great Ouse and Dudley Brook influencing play on nine holes. Most holes are tree-lined, and nearly all greens are protected by bunkers. Buckingham Golf Club has previously hosted Regional Qualifying for The Open Championship from 2011-2015 and in 2022, and also hosted pre-qualifying for the AIG Women's Open in 2022 and 2024.
