Blackwell Golf Club, nestled in Worcestershire, England, offers a parkland golf experience steeped in history. Established as a nine-hole layout in 1893, the club commissioned the renowned architectural pair of Herbert Fowler and Tom Simpson to create the present-day 18-hole course, which opened in 1923. The course is known for its engaging design within a relatively compact property. A notable feature is the collection of par-three holes, often highlighted as a strength of the layout. The twelfth hole is also recognized for a distinctive, lengthy bunker. Over the years, Blackwell has earned recognition as a respected test of golf, having served as a venue for regional qualifying for The Open Championship on multiple occasions.
