Bawtry Golf Club

Bawtry Golf Club, situated in England, presents an intriguing parkland layout. The course, measuring nearly 7,000 yards from the championship tees, was officially opened as an 18-hole course in 1952, following a design by Charles Kenneth Cotton. Initially established in 1932 as a nine-hole course designed by Tom Williamson, it was later extended to fourteen holes before the 18-hole plan was realized. Bawtry is known for its challenging hazards and tight fairways, demanding careful club selection. The greens are noted as being quite fast. While not a widely recognized championship venue, the club has seen players participate in Regional Qualifying for The Open Championship.
