Maesteg Golf Club, established in 1912 with an initial 9-hole layout, moved to its current location in the 1920s and was later extended to 18 holes in 1977 with a new course layout in 1993. The course, designed by James Braid, is situated in the picturesque Llynfi Valley in Maesteg, Wales, offering views of the South Wales countryside and pronounced rolling terrain. It is an 18-hole, par 70, inland links/mountain style course. The club provides a welcoming atmosphere for both members and visitors. The clubhouse, which opened in 2000, includes a bar, restaurant, and function room with views of the course.
