St Andrews Links (Eden Course)

The Eden Course at St Andrews Links is a traditional Scottish Links course located in St Andrews, Fife, Scotland, on the banks of the Eden Estuary. Designed by Harry Colt and opened in 1914, with later alterations by Donald Steel in 1989, it features undulating greens, deep bunkers, and natural boundaries. The course is 6195 yards (or 6250 yards depending on source) and has a par of 70. While slightly more forgiving than some of the other St Andrews Links courses closer to the sea, it still offers a significant challenge with tricky par fours and notable par threes. The course is open to visiting golfers and is one of seven public courses maintained by St Andrews Links Trust. Facilities include the Eden Clubhouse with dining options, showers, lockers, a putting area, and practice facilities nearby at the St Andrews Links Academy, including a driving range and short game area. Caddies and trolley hire are available, and golf lessons can be arranged.
