Tandridge Golf Club
Parkland Course in Oxted, England
Tandridge Golf Club, established in 1924 and designed by the renowned Harry Colt, is an inland parkland course situated in Surrey, England. The course is known for its undulating terrain and strategic bunkering, a hallmark of Colt's design philosophy. While originally featuring a reported 300 bunkers, the current layout retains a significant number that influence play and enhance the course's aesthetic. The course measures 6,509 yards from the back tees with a par of 71, offering a good test for various handicaps. The layout presents a game of two halves, with a gentler front nine and a more dramatic, elevation-changing back nine. Tandridge has previously been used as a Regional Qualifying venue for The Open Championship.
