Springwater Golf Club, situated near Calverton in Nottinghamshire, offers a pleasant parkland golf experience. The course, set within 125 acres of undulating terrain with views over the Trent Valley, originally opened as a 9-hole layout in 1991 and was later extended to 18 holes in 1998. The par-71 course measures 6,262 yards and presents a fair test for a range of abilities, featuring four par 5s and five par 3s. The 18th hole is particularly noteworthy, a par 3 played over two ponds to a green in front of the clubhouse. While not a championship venue or consistently ranked among the top courses, Springwater provides an enjoyable round in a rural setting.
