About Skipton Golf Club (18-Hole Course)
Nestled within the stunning Yorkshire Dales, Skipton Golf Club, founded in 1893, offers a picturesque parkland course. The club moved to its current location in 1896 and has matured into a challenging and scenic layout. Eller Beck meanders through the back nine, influencing play on several holes, including their own version of "Amen Corner" on holes 14, 15, and 16. The course has seen significant changes, with a revised layout introduced in 2018 that included three new holes. While not historically an Open Qualifying venue, Skipton Golf Club is known for its welcoming atmosphere and hosts popular open events throughout the year.
