Sherfield Oaks Golf Club, situated in the picturesque North Hampshire countryside between Reading and Basingstoke, offers 36 holes of golf across two distinct courses, set within 400 acres of tranquil woodland and landscaped parkland. The club has a philosophy of providing accessible and welcoming golf for players of all abilities. While the Wellington is the longer, feature course with a parkland layout by Neil Coles, the Waterloo course is slightly shorter and was designed by Martin Hawtree. The Waterloo course is noted for its inland links feel in the summer months, featuring rolling fairways and deep pot bunkers, demanding accuracy off the tee due to narrower fairways. The club has previously served as a venue for Open Championship Qualifying.
