Badgemore Park Golf Club, situated in the picturesque Oxfordshire countryside near Henley-on-Thames, offers a mature parkland test. Designed by Robert Robert Sandow and opened in 1972, the course is set within historic parkland, featuring strategically placed mature trees that shape many holes. The layout is known to challenge players of varying abilities, demanding thoughtful course management. While not a venue for Open Championship Qualifying, the club does host a number of open competitions throughout the year for amateurs. Recent investments have included significant course improvements and a state-of-the-art irrigation system to maintain conditions year-round. The clubhouse, a charming conversion of an 18th-century coach house, provides a welcoming atmosphere for visitors.
