Rufford Park Golf & Country Club is an 18-hole parkland course situated in the heart of Sherwood Forest, Nottinghamshire. Designed with input from architects including Donald Steel and guided by the current design consultants led by Ken Brown, the course is set within over 200 acres of woodland and offers views of Rufford Lakes and Abbey. The course is built on a sandy base, allowing for play throughout the year. It measures around 6,350 yards from the back tees and plays to a par of 70, featuring water hazards on the back nine. While challenging for various skill levels, it is not considered an intimidating championship course.
