Meltham Golf Club

Meltham Golf Club, established in 1908, is a parkland course nestled in the foothills of the Pennines in England. The course offers a blend of open fairways, strategic bunkering, and water hazards, set within a woodland landscape featuring mature trees. While not overly long, the course presents a good test of golf with narrow greens and challenging natural slopes on the fairways. A notable hole is the par-3 7th, which requires a precise shot over Meltham Lake, and the par-4 13th with water and out of bounds. The club has a history of hosting amateur open competitions and underwent remodelling work by Jonathan Gaunt, including bunker renovations.
