About Ifield Golf Club
Ifield Golf and Country Club, located in West Sussex, England, is a mature parkland course with a history dating back to 1927. The course layout has remained largely unchanged since its inception and was designed by the same architects involved in the redesign of Royal Birkdale in the same year. Offering a par 70 challenge over 6319 yards, the course is set in attractive surroundings with some water features. Described historically as an ideal example of inland golf, it provides a good test of play with its two loops of nine holes. While not a well-known championship venue or Open Qualifying location, it is an established course in the county and remains a popular choice for local golfers and societies.
