Eaton Golf Club, situated in the Cheshire countryside of England, boasts a history dating back to its founding in 1881. The club moved to its current parkland location, designed by the celebrated architect Donald Steel, in 1993. Steel's design effectively utilizes the natural contours of the land, incorporating mature oaks, a picturesque brook, and several ponds to shape the holes. While not heavily bunkered, the course presents strategic challenges through its water features and the subtle undulations and slopes of its large, finely contoured greens, built to USGA standards. The course offers a fair test for golfers of varying abilities.
