About Whitefields Golf Club
Set in the Warwickshire countryside, Whitefields Golf Club, in partnership with the Draycote Hotel, opened in 1992. The course was designed by Reg Mason. Playing as an 18-hole, par 71, it measures 6,289 yards from the white tees. The parkland course offers a mix of open fairways and challenging hazards, with several holes bringing the adjacent Draycote Water into play, providing a picturesque backdrop. Notably, the par-3 16th, known as 'Curlie's Corner,' demands accuracy with water surrounding the green. The par-4 15th, named 'Temptation,' also features water on both sides of the fairway, requiring a precise drive. The course is built on land with good natural drainage, allowing it to remain open even during wet weather. Whitefields has hosted various championships and qualifying events, including the Junior European Open.
