Dartford Golf Club, established in 1897, is set within mature parkland in Kent, England. Originally laid out by Charles James Morgan, the course was redesigned by five-time Open Champion James Braid in 1936. The 18-hole, par 69 course measures 5,909 yards from the white tees and 5,718 yards from the yellow tees. It features tree-lined fairways and relatively small greens that require accuracy. The challenging par 3 8th hole stands out, demanding a precise shot over water. Braid's influence is also notable on the 16th hole, a 245-yard par 3 to an elevated green, considered one of the tougher short holes in Kent. The course, primarily flat, offers a test for golfers of various abilities with some strategic doglegs. Visitors are generally welcome on weekdays.
