Nestled in the picturesque Herefordshire countryside, Burghill Valley Golf Club offers a parkland test established in 1991, with an expansion taking place in 1993. The course, designed with input from M. Barnett, is set on land that was once a fruit farm, incorporating mature cider orchards into its layout, particularly striking when in blossom during the spring. Gentle rolling fairways wind around two lakes, providing both challenge and visual interest. Players can enjoy views of the surrounding hills and woods, with the distant Welsh mountains forming a scenic backdrop. The course is considered a fair yet interesting examination of a golfer's abilities.
