Radyr Golf Club, established in 1902 on the outskirts of Cardiff, Wales, is a mature parkland course with heathland characteristics. Originally laid out by Willie Fernie, the course was significantly redesigned by the esteemed architect Harry S Colt in 1912, whose influence shaped it into what is often referred to as one of his 'little jewels'. The course occupies gently undulating terrain offering engaging golf and provides pleasant views overlooking the city of Cardiff and the Bristol Channel. Radyr has a history of hosting notable events, including the inaugural Welsh Professional Championship in 1904 and the Welsh National PGA Championship in 2015. While not among the UK's most highly ranked courses, it presents an honest and enjoyable test of golf on well-regarded putting surfaces.
