Leasowe Golf Club, established in 1891, is a classic links course situated on the coastline of the Wirral Peninsula in England. Designed by John Ball Jnr, the layout presents a traditional test of links golf, featuring natural sand dunes and fast-running fairways. Overlooking Liverpool Bay, the course offers scenic views, though coastal winds often add a significant challenge to the round. While not among the UK's most highly-ranked courses, Leasowe provides an engaging and enjoyable golfing experience with a notable history, including a player who advanced from a Regional Qualifying event for The Open. The club moved to its current site in 1893, and despite a clubhouse fire in 1963 which led to the loss of many historical records, it retains its heritage as a respected local links.
