Harborne Golf Club

Established in 1893, Harborne Golf Club is a parkland course located in Birmingham, England. The current layout, which opened in 1924, was redesigned by the esteemed architect Harry Colt. Colt's classic design has largely remained untouched over the years, offering a challenging 18-hole experience. The course is known for its undulating terrain, mature trees lining the fairways, and notably fast, sloping greens. While not exceptionally long by modern standards, measuring just over 6100 yards with a par of 70, the changes in elevation and strategic placement of over 80 bunkers ensure a stern test for golfers of all abilities. The course features two par 5s and four par 3s, with the uphill nature of many landing zones adding to the challenge and often making the course play longer than the yardage suggests. The club celebrated its centenary in 1993 and its 125th anniversary in 2018.
