Edgbaston Golf Club, situated just a mile from Birmingham's city centre, offers a peaceful parkland golfing experience in England. The club, with roots tracing back to 1896, settled at its current site in 1936, featuring a course designed by the renowned architect Harry Colt. Set within the magnificent grounds of Edgbaston Hall, a Georgian Grade II listed building that serves as the clubhouse, the course winds through mature woodland with tree-lined fairways and renovated bunkers. While not overly long by modern standards at 6,128 yards and a par of 69, the course presents a good test of accuracy with its tight layout and relatively small, undulating greens.
