Nestled in the valley bordered by Splitrock Creek, Brandon Golf Course offers a picturesque and engaging round just outside of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Originally established as a 9-hole layout in 1979 on land donated by Fred Cesander, the course was expanded to 18 holes in 1995 with further enhancements including trees, bunkers, and water features. This par 71 parkland course, while not exceptionally long at just under 6,400 yards from the back tees, places a premium on accuracy with water influencing play on 13 holes. Undulating greens and tree-lined fairways provide a test for golfers of all abilities. The course has hosted notable state events, including the SDGA State Stroke Play Championship in 2017 and the SDGA State Match Play Championship in 2019.
