J.B. Carr

J.B. Carr (Joe Carr) was an iconic Irish amateur golfer, celebrated for winning three British Amateur championships and competing successfully in events like the Masters. While his primary fame stems from his distinguished playing career and contributions to golf administration, rather than extensive golf course architecture, his significant influence on the game in Ireland is widely acknowledged.
