J Coburn

John "J." Coburn was a golf course architect primarily known for his significant work as a partner and associate in Dick Wilson's esteemed design firm. He played a crucial role in the design and construction of several notable courses, including contributing to sections of Cog Hill's Dubsdread and Bay Hill Club & Lodge. Though perhaps less individually famous than Wilson, Coburn's contributions were integral to the firm's success and the creation of many classic layouts during his career.
