The Royal Dublin Golf Club

The Royal Dublin Golf Club, founded in 1885, is a prestigious links course located on Bull Island, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, in Dublin, Ireland. It is Ireland's second oldest golf club and the oldest in Dublin. The course was originally designed by Harry Colt in the 1920s and later modernized by Martin Hawtree between 2004 and 2006, extending its length to over 7,200 yards. It is an 18-hole, par-72 links course known for its classic out-and-back layout, deep bunkers, and challenging holes, including the 18th with its carry over out of bounds. The club has hosted numerous championships, including the Irish Open. Facilities include a pro shop, restaurant, bar, changing rooms, driving range, chipping green, putting green, and practice bunker. Visitors are welcome daily.
