Founded in 1891, Limerick Golf Club stands as one of Ireland's oldest golf clubs, nestled on the former grounds of Roxboro Castle just south of Limerick City. This mature parkland course, shaped in part by the renowned Dr. Alister MacKenzie and later by John D. Harris, offers a blend of challenging and scorable holes meandering through tree-lined fairways. Over its long history, the club has hosted significant events, including multiple stagings of the prestigious JP McManus Invitational Pro-Am, attracting some of the world's leading golfers.
