Grange Golf Club (Marlay Course)

Grange Golf Club, located in Rathfarnham, County Dublin, Ireland, is a mature parkland course established in 1910 with an initial 9 holes laid out by Tom Hood. James Braid redesigned the course to 18 holes, which opened in 1929. The club now features 24 holes in total, offering three different 18-hole layouts. Grange is situated in the foothills of the Dublin Mountains, adjacent to Marlay Park and St. Enda's Park, providing a woodland setting with scenic views. It is known for being the home club of Ryder Cup Captain Paul McGinley. The course has undergone significant investment and development, including renovations to holes on its Love course and new practice facilities. Grange Golf Club has a reputation for a friendly and relaxed atmosphere and welcomes visitors. Facilities include a driving range and putting green. The main championship course is an 18-hole, par 72 layout measuring 6,244 yards from the blue tees. Notably, the course opens with two par 3 holes. Water hazards and numerous trees are features of the course.
