Cahir Park Golf Club
Parkland Course in Cahir, Northern Ireland
Nestled in County Tipperary, Cahir Park Golf Club offers a picturesque parkland experience laid out on what was once the estate of Lord Cahir. The course, bisected by the flowing River Suir, features mature trees, strategic streams, and tranquil lakes that shape a thoughtful round. Originally established with nine holes designed by Eddie Hackett in 1966, the club expanded to its current 18-hole layout, also credited to Hackett, opening in 1995. While not a venue for Open Championship Qualifying, it provides a pleasant test of golf with some memorable holes, including the challenging 7th. A modern clubhouse, opened in 2000, complements the on-course experience.
